Tragopan Tours has been founded by Harkirat Sangha and friends, who have designed, organized and led birding tours in India.

Harkirat lives in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He has led bird tours across India since 1995 and traveled extensively throughout India in search of birds and added two new species to the Indian list. He has written numerous papers on the biology, distribution, and status of Indian birds.
